Each bowl is individually hand crafted, so it is impossible to maintain a large inventory in every color and size. We prefer you to order by phone, to be sure that we have on hand what you want. You may also order by email or by fax.

Please have the following ready:

• The address of the recipient, including the phone number if the destination is a residence.
• The greeting you would like to have appear on the gift card.
• Your Visa, Mastercard, or Discover account number and expiration date.
• Your phone number in case we need to contact you.

All bowls are gift boxed in sturdy containers. Each bowl is protected in a sealed bag and comes with a care card.

We send all shipments via UPS ground unless you request otherwise. 2nd Day and Overnight Shipping will be charged accordingly.
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation of shipment and the total that will be charged to your card.
